Dr. Ryan Socrates Jallali is the founding partner of Socrates Law, P.A. and an actively licensed attorney in good standing with both the United States Supreme Court and Washington D.C. Bar Associations, who practices Immigration Law throughout South Florida. Ryan obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, and graduated with his Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law. Ryan has spent his professional career advocating for the legal rights of migrant individuals and their families and understands the difficulties confronted with when entering the United States.

He has successfully represented countless individuals throughout the country before Immigration Courts (EOIR), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), foreign embassies, and consulates abroad. Ryan also assists immigrants who are facing criminal charges and criminal defense attorneys to make the correct decision in their criminal cases so that they are not charged with Crimes Involving Moral Turpitude (CIMTs), Aggravated Felonies, or Controlled Substance Offenses that could render immigrants removable or inadmissible. Ryan is a passionate experienced litigator and illustrious writer who values justice, equality and trust in which to build client relationships and his practice, and seeks to help people’s lives rather than just their pockets.

Adriana Chaves was born in Bogota, Colombia and graduated from the School of Law of La Sabana University in Chia, Colombia, and completed an LL.M. Masters in International Law at the University of Miami. Adriana has passionately worked in Immigration Law for the past 15 years throughout South Florida, and works very close with Clients to know first-hand their needs and goals. Adriana also teaches various courses in Immigration Law as a Professor in the Miami Institute in order to enrich and develop abilities for people from different countries.
